Terms of Service
Last updated: October 28, 2026
1. Who You’re Contracting With
These Terms of Service apply to the SiteDoneFast website design and development service operated by TechnoCrackers, a WordPress development and SEO agency based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
In these terms, “SiteDoneFast,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the service and its operator. “Client,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person or business purchasing or enquiring about our services.
By approving a project scope or purchasing a service, you agree to the terms that apply to that service.
2. Project Scope
Each website project is defined by the written scope and final price we email to you after reviewing your enquiry.
Work begins after you approve the scope and pay the required deposit. The scope will identify the agreed pages, features, package, revisions, and any additional services included in the project.
Anything outside the approved scope, including additional pages, new features, extensive content creation, redesigns, third-party integrations, or substantial changes to previously approved requirements, will be quoted separately.
We will obtain your approval of the additional cost and scope before proceeding with out-of-scope work.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, commit you to a purchase, or reserve a delivery slot.
3. Packages, Prices, and Optional Services
Our published website package prices are one-time fees in US dollars:
- Quick Start: $249 — Up to 3 standard pages, responsive design, a standard contact form, basic on-page SEO foundations, and one consolidated revision round.
- Small Business: $399 — Up to 5 standard pages, responsive design, a standard contact form, basic on-page SEO foundations, and one consolidated revision round.
- Business Plus: $599 — Up to 5 standard pages, more tailored page layouts, an enhanced standard lead form, basic local business schema where appropriate, and two consolidated revision rounds.
All packages include the agreed page layouts, standard navigation and footer, page titles and headings, image optimization, and accessibility-conscious development practices, as applicable to the approved scope.
The final scope confirmed by email determines the specific deliverables for your project.
Optional services may include managed hosting, domain registration, Website Care, Website Care Plus, one-time SEO setup, ongoing SEO, Google Business Profile services, and blog content.
Published prices and service descriptions may change for future purchases. The written scope and price approved for your project will govern that project.
Unless explicitly included in the approved scope, third-party expenses are charged separately. These may include premium themes, plugins, stock images, subscriptions, domain renewals, external integrations, and other licensing or service costs.
4. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit of the approved project price is due after you approve the written scope and before work begins.
The remaining 50% is due after you approve the completed website and before it goes live.
We will not launch the website until the full project balance and any other agreed amounts due before launch have been paid.
Invoices will specify the amount due and accepted payment method. Unless an invoice states otherwise, payment is due by the date specified on that invoice.
Prices are quoted in US dollars. Your payment provider or bank may apply currency conversion charges or other transaction fees.
If a payment is overdue, we may pause work or delay launch until the outstanding amount is paid. We will communicate any material impact on the project timeline.
5. Seven-Business-Day Delivery Target
Our standard delivery target is seven business days.
The seven-business-day period begins only when all of the following have occurred:
- We have received your 50% deposit.
- You have approved the written project scope.
- We have received all required content, images, branding, and other project materials.
- We have received the necessary website, hosting, domain, or other account access.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays, as stated in our project process.
The seven-business-day period is a delivery target, not a guaranteed completion date.
The timeline may be extended if we are waiting for your content, feedback, approvals, or access; if you request changes to the approved scope; or if third-party services, hosting, domain settings, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control delay the work.
If we anticipate a material delay, we will communicate the issue and, where reasonably possible, provide a revised delivery estimate.
A missed target does not automatically entitle you to a refund. If a delay is caused by us, we will review the circumstances with you and agree on a reasonable way forward, subject to applicable law.
6. Your Responsibilities
To help us complete your website efficiently, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information, page copy, photographs, logos, and other required materials.
- Ensure that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use the content, images, trademarks, and other materials you supply.
- Provide the required website, hosting, domain, and other account access.
- Review our requests and provide consolidated feedback within three business days where reasonably possible.
- Respond promptly to questions, approvals, and decisions that affect the project.
- Pay invoices when due and maintain any third-party accounts or subscriptions that are your responsibility.
If we have not received required materials or access within 14 days of requesting them, we may pause the project and reschedule the remaining work based on availability.
If a project remains inactive because required materials, access, or decisions have not been provided, we may contact you to agree on a revised schedule. Any restart fee must be disclosed and agreed upon before it is charged.
Delays caused by missing materials, feedback, or approvals extend the delivery target.
7. Revisions and Change Requests
A revision round consists of one consolidated list of changes to the completed website within the approved project scope.
The included revision allowance is:
- Quick Start: One revision round.
- Small Business: One revision round.
- Business Plus: Two revision rounds.
Revisions allow you to request reasonable adjustments to the agreed design and content presentation. They do not include additional pages, new functionality, a change in the original project direction, a complete redesign, or work outside the approved scope.
Additional revision rounds and out-of-scope requests will be quoted separately and require your approval before work begins.
To help keep the project on schedule, please provide feedback as one consolidated list for each revision round.
Hosting and Domain Services
Hosting and domain registration are not included in the standard website package prices unless explicitly stated in your approved scope.
Using your own hosting
If you use your own hosting provider, your hosting must meet our minimum requirements for the agreed build, including:
- WordPress-compatible hosting.
- PHP version 8.2 or higher, subject to the requirements of the software used.
- SSL support for secure website connections.
- Appropriate administrator or control-panel access to complete the agreed work.
We will check whether your hosting environment meets the relevant requirements before work proceeds.
You are responsible for your hosting account, domain registration and renewals, hosting charges, email services, and the provider’s terms and limitations.
Problems caused by your hosting provider, domain registrar, email provider, or other third-party services are outside our direct control and may require separate troubleshooting or additional fees.
Managed hosting
If you purchase our managed hosting add-on, the service will be governed by the hosting scope and price confirmed for your project.
The published managed hosting offer includes WordPress hosting, SSL, daily server backups, and website setup and launch by us. The current published price is $19 per month or $199 per year, subject to the terms confirmed at purchase.
Hosting does not automatically include unlimited content edits, custom development, SEO, or every type of maintenance. Those services are covered only when expressly included in a purchased plan.
Domain registration is a separate service unless otherwise stated. Renewal costs, hosting changes, and cancellation arrangements will be communicated as applicable to your selected service.
9. Monthly Services and Optional Add-Ons
Optional services are separate from the one-time website build and are subject to their agreed scope, pricing, and billing terms.
Website Care
The published Website Care plan is $59 per month and includes:
- WordPress, theme, and plugin updates every month.
- Weekly backups, retaining the previous four weeks.
- Uptime monitoring.
- A monthly security scan.
- Up to 30 minutes of small website edits per month.
Website Care Plus
The published Website Care Plus plan is $99 per month and includes the Website Care services, daily backups, up to 90 minutes of edits per month, and priority support with a stated one-business-day response target.
The response target is not a guarantee that every issue will be resolved within one business day.
SEO services
The published one-time SEO setup service is $299 and includes research for up to 10 local keywords, page title and meta description optimization, heading optimization on up to five pages, Google Search Console and Google Analytics setup, sitemap submission, local business schema where appropriate, and basic speed fixes.
The published SEO Starter plan is $350 per month and includes tracking for up to 10 keywords, optimization of two pages per month, five local directory listings per month, monthly technical checks, and a monthly report.
Google Business Profile services
The published Google Business Profile service is $149 per month and includes profile setup and updates, four posts per month, replies to up to 20 reviews per month, up to four photo uploads per month, and a monthly insights summary.
Access, verification, platform restrictions, and third-party approval processes may affect the timing and delivery of these services.
Blog content
The published blog content service is $80 per article and includes one SEO-optimized article of approximately 800–1,000 words with one revision.
Additional writing, extensive research, extra revision rounds, or other content work may be quoted separately.
Billing and cancellation
Monthly services are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
Unused editing time does not roll over to the next billing period. Work outside a plan’s stated limits will be quoted separately.
Third-party subscriptions, advertising expenditure, premium software, and other external costs are not included unless expressly stated.
SEO and Google Business Profile services do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, reviews, profile verification, or other specific results.
10. Ownership and Third-Party Licences
Once you have paid all amounts due for your website project, you own the custom website content and design created specifically for you under the approved scope, subject to third-party rights and licence terms.
You retain ownership of the original materials you provide, including your business name, logo, photographs, and supplied content.
Third-party software, themes, plugins, stock assets, fonts, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective ownership rights and licence conditions. They are not transferred to you beyond the rights granted by their applicable licences.
Any pre-existing tools, reusable components, development methods, or general know-how used to build your website remain the property of their respective owners.
We will not transfer ownership of work that has not been paid for in full, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may display your completed website in our portfolio only with your permission.
11. After Launch and Defect Support
For 14 days after launch, we will correct defects in our own build that you report and that fall within the approved scope, at no additional charge.
This support covers defects attributable to the work we delivered. It does not include new features, new content, design changes, third-party software changes, hosting or domain issues, or problems caused by modifications made by you or another provider after launch.
After the 14-day support period, additional changes and maintenance may be handled through an active Website Care plan or quoted separately.
Our post-launch defect support does not replace any non-excludable rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
12. Cancellation, Refunds, and Paused Projects
You may request cancellation of a project by emailing hello@sitedonefast.com.
If you cancel before work begins, we will refund payments received for the project, less any non-refundable third-party transaction charges where permitted by law and disclosed to you.
Once work has started, the 50% deposit is non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law, because it covers project preparation, scheduling, and work undertaken.
If you cancel after work has started, we will review the work completed, payments received, outstanding commitments, and applicable legal requirements to determine any further amount payable or refundable.
If we are unable to proceed with a project, we will communicate the situation and address any unearned payments in accordance with the agreed scope and applicable law.
A paused project may need to be rescheduled based on availability. Any restart fee must be agreed upon before it is charged.
Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Fees for a billing period already started are not automatically refundable, except where required by applicable law or agreed otherwise in writing.
13. Accessibility, Content, and Legal Compliance
We aim to build websites using accessibility-conscious design and development practices. However, unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee compliance with every accessibility standard or legal requirement.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of the business information and content you provide, including product descriptions, claims, images, testimonials, policies, and disclosures.
You are also responsible for ensuring that your business has appropriate legal documents and notices, such as a privacy policy, terms of service, cookie disclosures, and any industry-specific disclosures that apply to your operations.
We may assist with website implementation, but our website services do not constitute legal advice. You should obtain qualified advice where necessary.
14. Third-Party Services and Results
Website functionality may depend on third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, payment gateways, APIs, search engines, and other external services.
We do not control the availability, policies, pricing, or continued operation of those services. Third-party outages, changes, suspensions, or compatibility issues may affect your website and require additional work.
We provide basic on-page SEO foundations as described in the selected package. We do not guarantee search engine rankings, website traffic, enquiries, sales, leads, or business outcomes.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SiteDoneFast will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from the use of our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of a website project will not exceed the total fees paid to us for that specific project.
This limitation does not exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any applicable statutory consumer rights or liability for fraud or intentional misconduct where such limitation is prohibited.
Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to waive.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of India, subject to any mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to you.
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so that both parties can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.
Any applicable court jurisdiction, mandatory consumer rights, and dispute-resolution requirements will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service when our services, business practices, or legal requirements change.
The version in force when you approve your written project scope will generally apply to that project, unless you and we agree otherwise in writing or a change is required by law.
Any additional services purchased later may be subject to the terms and scope agreed when those services are ordered.
