What do I need to provide?
Your text, logo and photos. We send you a simple checklist so you know exactly what to gather. We handle the layout, headings, page titles and image optimization.
What if I don't like the design?
You see your site on a private preview link before it launches and send us one list of changes (two rounds on Business Plus). It goes live only after you approve it.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain, content and website are yours, with full admin access. No lock-in.
Can I update it myself?
Yes. It's built on WordPress, so you can edit text and photos yourself. Or add Website Care and we'll make small edits for you each month.
Will customers find me on Google?
Every site includes the on-page basics Google looks for. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings. If you want ongoing growth, we offer SEO and Google Business Profile services.
Is hosting included?
Hosting is optional. Use your own WordPress-ready hosting, or add ours.
When does the 7-day clock start?
Once your deposit is paid, the scope is approved and we have your content and access. Waiting on feedback or content pauses the clock.
How does payment work?
50% to start, once the scope is confirmed. The other 50% after you approve your site, before launch. Payment is by secure card invoice.
