From enquiry to live, step by step
A short, clear process with no long proposals. Here's exactly what happens, what we need from you, and when the 7-day clock starts.
Send your enquiry
Pick the package that looks right and tell us about your business and what you need. Sending an enquiry doesn't commit you to anything or book a delivery slot.
We confirm the scope
We review your enquiry and email you the confirmed scope: pages, features, any add-ons, where the site will be hosted, and the final price.
Pay 50% and send your content
Approve the scope, pay the 50% deposit, and send everything on the checklist below. The 7-day delivery clock starts once everything is in.
We build your site
We design and build your pages on WordPress, add your content, set up page titles and headings, and optimize images. Then we send you a private link to review.
You review, we revise
Send one consolidated list of changes per revision round: one round with Quick Start and Small Business, two with Business Plus. New pages or features are quoted separately.
Pay the balance, go live
Approve the final site and pay the remaining 50%. We launch it on your hosting or ours. Done.
What we need from you

- Hosting and domain access, if you're using your own
How the 7-day clock works
The clock starts when we have your deposit, your approved scope, and all your content and access.
It can be extended by:
Days are counted as business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). We ask for your feedback within 3 business days.
After launch
Your site is yours. We fix any defects in our build that you report within 14 days of launch, at no charge. For ongoing updates, backups and small changes, add Website Care from $59/month. SEO, Google Business Profile and blog services are also available.
